I do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons.

However, if your items arrives damaged then please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we can arrange a return or refund/exchange.

Domestic UK Delivery

All earrings are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class post. If you choose the express delivery option, your earrings will be sent via Royal Mail, guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery. Express orders must be placed before 11am.

Orders of £50 or more will have free shipping.

International Delivery

All earrings are sent using Royal Mail Tracked post. I currently do not have an express delivery option for international shipping. Sorry!

Orders of £100 or more will have free shipping.

Customs and import taxes.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I am not responsible for delays due to customs and as international items are tracked I will not refund if items are lost in the post.

To clean your polymer clay earrings, please use a damp cloth or baby wipe.

If your earrings are finished with UV resin, please do not expose them to direct sunlight, as this may cause the varnish to yellow.

All my earrings are handmade, individually, by me, Bridie!

They are all cut from a slab of clay, from that particular collection, so the colours, shapes and designs on the earring may vary.

Remember ALL EARRINGS ARE UNIQUE and carefully made with love.
